Lead Time & Delivery Information

Lead Times

We will build your custom order and ship your items typically in 3-4 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your cleared payment and all required information for build. There are cases where lead times may run over a bit; for example if you are doing a complete interior rebuild or ordering a large number of cushions then lead times can get pushed out a little so our other customers do not have to wait for their orders, you will be made aware of such delays when placing your large order. Email confirmations will be sent when your order is received and when your order has shipped (tracking provided). If you have concerns about lead times, please inquire prior to ordering. February-August is our busy season.

Delivery information

We will ship your items for free within the contiguous 48 lower United States, we will ship to Alaska or Hawaii or other islands but the freight cost increases quite a bit, so please call us before placing an order to get a rate quote if you are outside our free shipping area.Most of our products are shipped FedEx Ground see map for approximate travel times by state.If you receive a freight damaged product simply refuse it and contact us, we will handle the freight claim and ship you a replacement item immediately. I will say that FedEx ground has a perfect track record on delivering our cushions, so we are very confident your order will arrive as intended and on-time.

Expedited Delivery Options

We can expedite your order for those RUSH situations however, there will be added shipping costs for doing so. Please ask for a rate quote before placing your order.
